What we are looking for in our future tenants:

* Good Credit (low credit is better than bad credit)
* The application fee is $45 Non-Refundable (everyone that is 18 and over)
Upon approval, move in cost goes as follow:
* Security deposit
* First month
* Utilities
* Nonrefundable pet fee (if applicable)
* Pet rent (if applicable)
