The Hendrix is a pet-friendly community, and we know you and your pet will enjoy living here. From nearby walking trails to the multiple pet stations throughout the property, you and your furry friend will be able to enjoy the outdoors together. Our non-refundable pet fee is $300 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet. Best of all, we don't have a weight limit at our community. Pet rent listed above is per pet. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call.
