Athens Highlands Qualifying Criteria is Firm:
Application fee is $50.00 per person --- Security Deposit starts at $300/$450 based on credit score of 600 or higher . Income of 3 times the rent (Overtime not included) and rental history. *Please make sure you check your credit score before filling out an application. We run credit & background check. Co-signers not allowed. Guarantor's allowed for college students only - then the Guarantor would have to qualify and a background check done on the applicant. Non-Refundable Pet Fee $300 under 35lbs / $400 over 35lbs with breed restrictions. No Pet Rent!
