Downstairs, find a spacious second living room with plentiful seating and a mini-kitchen offering attractive cabinetry, a small sink, and small refrigerator. Floors are stained concrete with area rugs. The spacious 3rd bedroom includes a king-size bed and a deep closet. The full bathroom on this level is nicely tiled with a large vanity and a walk-in shower. A second laundry closet downstairs includes an additional washer and dryer - these appliances will remain for tenant use but will not be repaired or replaced by the homeowners.

*Please note that all furnishings and appliances that remain at the home are available for tenant use, however, these items will not be repaired nor replaced by the homeowners during the tenancy with the exception of the main level kitchen appliances (refrigerator, gas range, and dishwasher) and the main level washer and dryer.

Landscape maintenance is included. Central heat and air conditioning (natural gas furnace and electric a/c.)
