Quiet neighborhood, phenomenal neighbors.
The Price - $2,500 plus all utilities, which I can send averages for 2 vs 3 occupants split evenly. Pets allowed with pet fee. No smoking. I've priced this out to be rented by 3 individuals or one couple/pair, which has been the setup for the past 6 years.

Small desk, boxspring and frame, and very large mirror in bedroom. All of this is up for discussion and won't change rent price.
1 year lease minimum, and then month to month available. No smoking. Pets is negotiable with conversation. Renter covers water, electric, wifi, waste, and lawn maintenance (lawnmower available for free to borrow).
