All plumbing fixtures are new as is the water heater. The water heater has a timer to control power cost if desired. This property has washer/dryer hookups in the hall adjacent to the bathroom. The living/dining area is very spacious. It entire place has new LVP hardwood flooring where there is not tile. It has a galley kitchen with newer cabinets and counter tops. Included is an electric stove, microwave/hood, refrigerator and dishwasher. Safety items include two smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, and a fire blanket. This property also features a new deck for enjoying the outdoors. Underneath this deck is also a locked area for trash/recycle bins to prevent bears for exploiting them. Tenant has two parking spaces. Here are a few rules for the rental- no pets, no smoking on the property, no grills or items that use an open flame.
