This unique property is only 4 ½ miles from town in the highly sought after Freshwater school district. *Tenants must own an AWD or 4WD to be able to use the driveway all season. Tenants agree to use 4WD on all uphill driving so as to not cause “pits” and damage to the road.
*Tenants are expected to maintain the lawn.
*Tenants must provide their own seasoned firewood. The home also has electric heating.
*Tenant pays PG&E, and WIFI, (there is no propane). Tenant either establishes garbage/recycling with the city (cans go to the main road and must not be put out at night), or hauls garbage/recycling to town.
*The owner provides water through a spring fed system so conserving water during summer months is important. The system has multiple filters including a UV filter. If the system runs out of water during the dry months (3 months max.) the owner will provide only 1 tank (5000 gallons) of potable water.
