This place was slated to get 5 stars when we moved in- high ceilings, in-apartment washer and dryer, dishwasher, attached garage, snow removal, quiet area with a pond and walking trail. Then stuff started breaking- first the dishwasher, then the washing machine, then the snow didn't get plowed and we were blocked in our garage. Our landlord, Louise, saw us trying to leave that day and stopped her car, got out and helped us shovel a path, all the while apologizing for the hassle. She was great- got the dishwasher replaced fast and stayed on the repair guy to come fix the washing machine (I guess he was busy because they were all breaking down at the same time.)
If she had stayed our landlord, and if our rent didn't go up $50 after our first year, we might still live there. But the owner decided to put a "tower" in which means constant construction and no more care for the current tenants. We even lost our dumpsters and had to share with the construction crew, tossing bags over the 8' tall walls. If you came up short they would fall, break open, trash starts blowing away. It wasn't pretty. Glad our lease was up so we could get out when we did.
Clean, quiet and well maintained and I feel safe

I lived at the Casaloma Creek Apartments for a year and in my opinion people looking for an overpriced horribly constructed and maintained non luxury apartment look no further.
Luckily I only had a 1 year lease (I wish it had been a month) and was able to get out, although they withheld my security deposit for normal wear and tear.
You have been warned, also look up “Lexington Management” and read the reviews about the company that owns this place. You have been warned, I wish I would have done a little research.
