*** About the Environment & Requirements:
Because this ADU/Casita is next to my main house, we are looking for a neighbor who values a quiet and peaceful environment. We are super clean, organized and respectful, and we expect the same from a tenant. To maintain a clean and peaceful living environment, there is a strict policy of no smoking, and no drugs permitted anywhere on the property.
*** In-Person Policy:
To ensure a safe and genuine arrangement for both parties, We will not accept any applications, personal information, or deposit money until you have toured the ADU/Casita in person.
*** Potential tenants must meet these criteria before requesting an application or a tour of the property: a minimum credit score of 680, a minimum income of three times the rent, and a positive 24-month mortgage or rental history, or provide compensating factors to overcome any of these three requirements. Any request that does not meet these criteria will be ignored.
High Speed internet, water and trash are included in rent price. Tenants are responsible for electric and gas bills.
