Kitchen and dining room are also available. The bathroom will be shared only with one other roommate. The additional lounge room set up and designated only for the two roommates. The lounge (see pictures) has an office desk, dining table, and sofa.
This 3bd/2bth home was built in 2000s with a split floor plan that allows for more privacy between the masterbedroom and the roommates' areas. Located in a quiet and safe establishment, walking distance to all amenities (two blocks from the corner of 436 SR and Wekiva Springs Rd, where Ross, 24 Hours Fitness, and Sprout Farmer Market are). Available for moving in September 1, 2025.
No pets, No smoking, No drugs, No party or overnight guests.
Moving in: no application fee, first and last month rents, refundable $500 deposit, background check a must.
