Horrible internet connection, and very basic rooms. Furniture is disgusting and our room was missing a chair (which we didn't get until 3 months after requesting it). Location is close to campus but it's just not a nice place to live at. Plumbing is also bad - toilet struggles to flush sometimes and the sink smells bad when the water runs. Just sign for a high tower on South U; way better environment and way nicer overall.

The only reason this place is worth living at is for its location relative to campus. In terms of quality of the building and maintenance, it is the worst that I have ever experienced. Upon arriving to the apartment that was leased to me, floors were not cleaned, a lot of scratches and marks on the wall as well. In addition, during second semester, maintenance has come in during my absence and conducted an inspection. Nothing wrong with that but they did not lock the door which remained unlocked for a long period of time as well as left debris all over the bathroom floor after the inspection. Maintenance takes a long time to fulfill your orders and security is the worst in this building, in which the entrance to the building itself remained unlocked throughout numerous times during the year. Would not recommend leasing from Cabrio Properties.

The place is clean, comfy, and updated. They have the best maintenance crew ever. So far the elevator has broken down at least four times in the month I've been here. The internet is high speed, but is down about once a week for like half a day. This is really upsetting when I come home with homework to no wifi. I've seen much older reviews talking about the internet, so they seem not to care. By the way, it's not free internet even though it's advertised as that. You have to buy your own router to use it ($100). They have laundry machines on every floor, but no access points on every floor for internet? They threatened to charge everyone on the same floor a fee if trash is left out (They sent out an email about that). Also, before I signed my lease and asked them what my bed size was, without hesitation they told me it would be a full. Later on they changed it and gave me the "We can't guarantee furniture. We aren't staffed to see what is in every unit". So now I have a twin. They also really don't care about roommate compatibility. They'll change your roommate and not even tell you.

Staying here for the summer. Great size with reasonable pricing. Maintenance staff are helpful. Wish the elevator was a better maintained. Every floor has a laundry room which is very convenient.
