Although you will have your own bathroom & bedroom, you'll be sharing the rest of the house with 4 other housemates. They are all respectful and tidy and are UM graduate students.
Bedroom + own bathroom: $575/month + utilities. This large second floor bedroom (~250 sq ft) has a closet, 2 windows, and a bathroom across the hall (with shower).
The room is available for January-August 2024, with some flexibility.
