Welcome to our community of Apartments where you will feel like you are at HOME! At all of our locations you will have the option for spacious and unique apartments. We have Efficiency floor plans that offer a large walk in closet. Our large 1&2 bedroom units are unique at each location. At The Ranch West you have Vaulted Ceilings that really open up the space in our upstairs units. At The Ranch North you have a beautiful, cozy fireplace with a built in bookcases on each side of the fireplace! At The Ranch by the Lake you will enjoy the large floor plan as well as the City of Andrews duck pond located across the street as well as our city park. Lakewood is in a wonderful location if you have young children! The Ranch Flats offers the amenity of covered parking as well as very open floor plans. All of our units come furnished with a Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher as well as a disposal. Some units offer a built in microwave. We also have renovated units at our New location at 101 and 103 Teakwood Ave.
