They are located just around the corner from several local Ames favorites including The Cafe, El Azteca, and +39. They are also 8 minutes from campus and close to Cyride stops. The landlord provides gas (heat), water/sewer, and high-speed internet. Tenants are responsible for electricity only. Buildings have secured entrances, and units come with central A/C, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Tenants also have access to the Somerset pool & clubhouse. Pets are allowed in select units, pet fees will apply. Undergrads are welcome!
There is no garage included with the apartment.
