We have lived in the Crestwood Townhome development for almost 2 years and couldn't be happier. It's an easy drive to both downtown Albany and the Northway to Saratoga. The staff and maintenance are fantastic, from the experiences we've had, especially in the winter with all the snow the plow before residents have to head to work. We are very happy here and would highly recommend it.
We love the location. It's a very safe and comfortable neighborhood along bus routes, easy access to main roads and highways. The landscape property...
We love the location. It's a very safe and comfortable neighborhood along bus routes, easy access to main roads and highways. The landscape property is kept immaculate with the exception of a few well hidden weeds that when pointed out are quickly addressed. The townhome size is ideal. We have 3 adults living in the unit. The bathroom is a little tight but it is not something you'd turn away from the entire setting over. Our basement has been clean, pest free, insect free and dry throughout the entire winter and spring. Any repairs or maintenance that was brought to the attention of the management staff was immediately addressed - if not that day, the following morning.
Having downsized from a 6 BR, 3 bath home to the townhouse has been a very comfortable fit for us. We hope to be here for another year.

I have lived at Crestwood Apartments for over ten years. I LOVE it! We have a "corner" apartment and they allowed us to put in a Garden in the back in front of the back porch. We planted gorgeous trees and flowers and every year they blossom beautifully. They also gave us a new porch, allowing more room to sit comfortably and enjoy outdoors while gazing at the garden. Also, what is special, is that they allow PETS!! When we moved in we had FOUR furballs and we were able to keep them with us through the years. They loved the spacious window sills with many windows to choose from. What I love about Crestwood is their Maintenance staff. They not only respond immediately, but they have 24 hour "Emergency Maintenance" and if it is truly an emergency, they will come at all hours. There is off street parking and a full, individual basement for each unit with washer and dryer hook up. Very convenient!
It's in a great neighborhood and very close to EVERYTHING you could need. CVS, Chinese Food, Pizza Restaurants, Banks and St. Peter's Hospital. It is my HOME.
