You are more than welcome to apply for the home; however, we will not screen your application until after you have seen the home in person. We receive many applications for our homes daily and operate on a first come, first serve basis. Applications will be processed in the order they are received. Applicants must both view the home and submit an application to be considered.
We do not offer virtual tours, and we do not allow family members or friends to view the home on your behalf. There will be NO exceptions made to this policy for any reason. If you are applying for the home, you must see it in person. Applications will be screened AFTER you have seen the home in person.
