I was moving from out of state and Carmen made the entire process fast and seamless. She and her staff (shout-out to Andrea!) are absolutely wonderful - super patient in answering all of my questions, extremely helpful with the move-in process, and beyond professional. I have lived all over the country and even abroad, and Courthouse Lofts was by far the easiest move to deal with - again, thanks to Carmen! The maintenance staff is also wonderful, and the building is super clean and well-maintained. I cannot sing praises for CHL enough!

Carmen is the best! My previous lease was ending Sept. 1, 2021 and she assured me that I was able to move in by then. There was issues on the application on my part but Carmen was responsive and walked me though the application process. They are in the process of renovating and remodeling so please be patient with the team here. I was able to move in on on time and its been a month here. Facility is clean and well maintained.
