Overall I'm very happy living at Avalon Burlington. The staff are incredibly kind and accommodating, especially around package delivery and other special requests. Maintenance is usually performed promptly and thoroughly, and the staff follow up if an issue is not fixed the first time.
I gave four stars instead of 5 because our rent increased after the first year. Our starting rent was already more than a mortgage in surrounding areas, and yearly increases will make it impossible for me to continue to live there.

We LOVE Avalon Burlington!!! Christine was so wonderful and informative during my first visit - and Conor and Gayle have been nothing but helpful from the beginning with all of our questions and concerns. The entire team truly cares about their residents and it shows! Maintenance is very prompt and does great quality work. Our apartment faces beautiful conservation land - the location so peaceful. Check this out if you are looking in the Burlington area!
