We like our apartment and the convenience of the large heated garage. Probably the only complaint we have is that the building isnt cleaned as often as they had been and just general upkeep seems a little behind. There are about 1/2 of the hallway lights out on our floor that have needed replaced for the last few months.

I was looking for an apartment home to move into with a buddy this recent month and I am incredibly happy I stumbled across Dakota Commons! Great move in experience, everyone was nice to me, and rent is very affordable for the experience and quality of these apartment homes. They come with a garage that is directly attached to the apartment building so this is great during the winter. I would highly recommend checking these guys out, they are worth your time and every penny!

The staff is also great and helped us out tremendously when we wanted to take over a lease.
The address on google however is for the Williston Garden Apts, which is where the main Weidner office is located. The right address is 123 30th St E.
