Washer/dryer replaced a year ago, new kitchen faucet, bathroom toilet just repaired, deck replaced about 3 years ago, deck gate fixed about 2 years ago, new roof on each building fall of 2023. Nice quiet location within walking distance to Home Depot, Lowe's, Publix, and more.
1-year lease begins June 1 or shortly thereafter. Non smokers, credit at least 650, reserve savings of at least $5,000 (or someone willing to back you up) to qualify. The property management company doesn't allow commercial vehicle parking, although there are several public parking garages nearby for $80 per month.
Referral required from previous landlord. Tenants and pets need approval by the condo association, with the requirement that dogs be no more than 25lbs. Preliminary phone call to discuss qualifications, physical/virtual walk-through to follow, Zoom interview at the end of the process. Application fee of $150 to management company and separate interview with them as well.
