Additionally, there is also shared access to the front yard where you can relax on the porch with a good book and a cup of tea. The private entrance is located at the front of the property with plenty of lighting and features a smart lock to conveniently access the unit. There is plenty of street parking and an additional reserved parking space at the rear of the home.

-The living room is furnished with a new comfortable futon and Smart 55” TV.

-The second bedroom has new furnishings- queen mattress- Vizio TV- large closet- a workstation- and blackout cordless shades.

Please note, this is a basement apartment. It is underneath our main floor. Pictures on listing are of the private basement apartment only. The main house has no access to the private basement apartment. We added extra insulation and soundproof treatment for the basement ceiling, but some noise transfer may happen. We are respectful of quiet hours (9pm - 7am) and can accommodate requests and concerns. We also have one exterior camera by our front door for security purposes.
Minimum 30 day stay. Home occupancy limited at 6 persons (4 adults). Children welcome and happily accommodated. All Utilities included.
$55 application fee required through Avail. All adults must provide application. Minimum credit score of 650 (exceptions may apply). No evictions. No smoking on or around property. One assigned parking space and plenty street parking. Pets are allowed case by case (2 maximum) and require a non-refundable $100 deposit per pet. One time cleaning fee $200. Refundable deposit of $600. No parties/events. Tenant responsible for cleanliness of unit. All exterior maintenance provided by Owner. Late rent and early termination fees may apply.
