I have nothing but positive things to say about Avalon bear hill. Ive lived in so many complexes and nothing compares them in just about every way. staff are extraordinarily kind and helpful, and will genuinely go above and beyond for residents. Kory and Miles In the leasing office are amazing and will answer just about any questions or concerns and are just so friendly! In addition maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner they get back to you the same day or very next. If your thinking about moving here , just do it, you will not regret it . I was not compensated or pushed to write this review , its truly how I feel about living here .

The staff here is amazing, especially Nicole Martins who was with us from day one and is so kind, supportive and professional. I can't say enough great things about Avalon Bear Hill. Outside of the units being beautiful, spacious and the property having excellent amenities (gym, pool, dog park) - the staff is the biggest reason to live here. They are warm, friendly, know your name - but more so they go 'above and beyond'. I was involved in an accident and needed special equipment such as modified shower, support bars, etc.. Not only were they happy to help, they were installed within hours. So, a very special thank you to an amazing 18-months at Avalon Bear Hill and shout-outs/praises to Edita, Dan, the Christinas and John (plus the rest of the onsite Maintenance team)!!

Units are great in terms of space, they need urgent laundry appliances update, isolation is also something that need to be fixed constantly, and some units also requires you to bring your own lights and install yourself in the ceiling once that they don't come with those. The personnel at the office and the maintenance team is great and friendly and they are always trying to help as much as they can.

Avalon Bear Hill has been absolutely wonderful since the day we first met Dan and saw the place, we couldn't wait to move in and the move went very smoothly - thank you Dan! The staff is very friendly, and accommodating. The maintenance team is so diligent and fast, they keep the place in perfect shape and do a great job. The services offered at the community are so helpful and the neighbors define the word 'community' with their friendliness and wonderful smiles. I've lived in other communities and personally have not seen or witnessed that anywhere else. We are very happy about living here, so far and cannot wait for the summer!! Also, thank you for the great snow shoveling!! it was perfectly done!

We toured different units with Dan Murphy. Dan was kind, patient, easy to talk to, informative, and helpful.
The entire process from calling to make an appointment to move-in day was the most flawless moving experience Ive ever had.
I also had the pleasure of speaking with and asking quick questions after moving in with other office staff members, they were just as professional as Dan and they to went out of their way to ensure nothing short of a top notch experience.
I simply cant rave enough about the staff, the community, the units, and how well kept everything is.
It took us a little while to find a place we loved and now that place is our home.

My only complaint is with Avalon the company, not this property. They raised our rent 20% after our first year. We werent part of a move-in special either. Corporate Avalon is more interested in maximizing rent as opposed to keeping current residents at reasonable rates.
