This building has been upgraded so nicely recently, the management company is always responsive to any requests. The residents are also nice.

They have cameras that don't work there's no on-site and management or leasing agents and there are no amenities with the exception of a filthy pool. Always garbage piled up by the dumpster rather than in it.
I love it here because it's small and has good security. It's also a lot cheaper to do laundry here than at most apartments....

This is Michelle Cunningham, the Property Manager for Desert Atrium. In brief response to the negative review from Victoria Reachert:
Victoria did live there for 5 months and was late every month in rent. She was not charged late fees. Ultimately, 5 months in she regrettably lost her job. Rather than evicting her, I kindly offered to allow her to move out on her own accord, and option she gratefully accepted. We had a mutually agreed upon deadline which she called and asked to extend, which I allowed. She moved out on the extended date, left the place clean, and upon move out we had a nice discussion where I let her know I would help her in any way she needed. Then this review...I was never notified of any of the problems stated in this review. There had never been problems before her occupancy or now regarding roaches and unattended to maintenance.
This place consistently stays full due to the size and quality of units. My maintenance guy has been here for 6 years and does a really amazing job, we are so lucky to have him!
We have an incredibly high retention rate and many repeat residents for 6 plus years for our furnished snow bird rentals. You gotta see the place yourself and talk to the many residents who are very happy here to truly appreciate how great this place is to live.

I've lived here for the past two years and we just got a new owner a couple months ago. We have been getting nice upgrades lately. The manger i think finally has the money to do some nice upgrades. The place is always clean and i have never seen one bug. Maintaince always stays right on top of things. I can't believe how big the apartments are for the price! i definantly love calling this place home!

Absolute worst experience in an apartment EVER. I've been there 5 months and STILL the apartment staff have yet to fix the damages from the previous tenant. The dishwasher doesn't work, still no microwave plate, the mold under the cabinets, and my gosh, I can't begin to describe the roaches. I see AT LEAST 5 roaches a day. Of all different shapes, sizes, and colors. I've asked the maintenance guy to spray upon moving in, nothing. Finally got him to spray a few weeks ago. I've seen more roaches than ever. Now they're even bigger as well. I comment about ti to the manager, and she says, "You told the maintenance, not me. Therefore, the roaches don't exist. I've never heard of them before." WOW. I had a mishap with the bank a couple months back, where a check ended up bouncing. I called the manager THE DAY I found out, asking how we go about it, to fix the problem. She contacts me back 10-15 days later, saying I now owe all sorts of late fees. Uh? I tried contacting her, to resolve it before late fees occurred, and since she is NEVER, I repeat, NEVER EVER in her office, it is absolutely impossible to get ahold of her, unless I'd like to be as unprofessional as she is, and knock on her own personal residence. How many managers would really go to someones personal residence, to deal with business matters, in sweat pants and NO shoes? Come on!! I strongly recommend if anyone is considering living here, RUN. Run as fast as possible.

I've been here for 6 months and love it. You can hang out at the pool or meet your neighbors on the patio out back with plenty of space. I like that this small complex has a manager and maintenance staff on site.
It has the feel of a neighborhood vs. a larger apartment complex with plenty of space for the price.
