Kari is the best property manager on the planet! She goes above and beyond her duty to make the residents happy and comfortable. She is always easy to get a hold of and quick to action if there are any problems. The apartments are beautiful and were originally built to be condos so the walls were made thicker, therefore less noise can be heard from other units. The elevators are quick and the residents are friendly and keep to themselves. The location is super convenient with quick freeway access, the YMCA literally half a block away, downtown market 1 street away, and pacific avenue is a few blocks down the hill! We LOVE it here.
