The kitchen can be closed off behind wooden doors. Updates include new lighting and electric service throughout, including a ceiling fan in the main room. The bathroom plumbing is newly updated.

The building features a private tree-shaded courtyard for residents to enjoy. A large laundry room with coin-operated machines is available in the building's basement. Parking may be available in the building's heated garage (if interested, please ask). You may park your bicycle in the garage at no additional charge, though you must pay a deposit for a remote control.

You may not need a car to live here. The location is a short walk to the city's best-served public transit line, offering direct access to Metrolink. Walk to grocery stores, many restaurants, a public library and post office. South Grand and Cherokee Street are within walking distance.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.

If you don't have your own renter's insurance, please note that there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.
