VALID PROOF OF INCOME:
PDF scans or photos of full-page documents only
No screenshots

No crossed-out information on documents
W-2: One month's worth of current paystubs, recent W-2, job offer letter, job relocation letter
Self: Most recent 1099, or 1040, or Schedule C; AND recent three months' worth of bank statement.
We accept Seattle Housing Vouchers; and any other source of income such as social benefits, spousal support & child support
