Ok so this complex is basically hit or miss. Ive lived at this place for a around 9 months and moving for personal reasons. This place is cheap and affordable, they have 2 pools a gym a shuttle that will take you to campus and other amenities that have regular maintenance. The only downside for me was a few things, the roommate situation is not ideal there can be a wide variety of roommates i was was stuck with 2 old men (me being male of course) and had no way to relate on anything plus one guy had 4 birds that would fly through out the apartment and I just basically lived in my room. The landscaping was too much noise for me especially since I worked nights. When it comes to pets alot of them get sick mainly due to the lack of enforcement of people picking up after their dogs waste, the police station is nearby so you could hear sirens at times and just basic loud music or people late at night, if you're ok with this you should be fine but make sure to take pictures of the apartment if you choose to move in. Also this is off the Interstate so traffic could get a bit heavy.

Great amenities, cute apartments and nice office staff. Community events are fun and there is always something going on. So happy I chose this...

Moved in Aug. 2016. 12/09/2020 Just an edit to give credit where credit is due: Julian, our maint. super., has built a smoothly running maintenance operation the like of which this 60yr old man has not seen in all my days! Maint. requests are routinely handled the same day submitted. Ruben in particular are always friendly, clean, well-groomed, and they really know their way around the technical side of their work! Thomas always has a smile for everyone when he is out and about on his rounds, returns a friendly hello whenever offered while he is working, always very polite as is Ruben. Neither man allow their politeness with chatty residents like this old man to slow them down in attending to their duties, yet I always come away from an encounter with either man fully satisfied with the encounter. Ruben shows initiative rare in apt. maint. staffers, in that he brings a new A/C filter to every maint. call and checks if the unit filter should be changed out. Added a nice wood screw to my new window blind to reinforce the weak spot at the pullstring lock, which is where larger blinds usually break no matter how careful a resident may be. Julian himself is always out and about on rounds with his staffers, or on his own, rather than sitting in his office 'supervising'. All in all, by far the best maint. team in my experience, led by the best maint. super. in my experience. Kudos to Julian and his team for making my home a great place to live and play! Apt was clean and otherwise fully ready to movein when I arrived. Pkg arrival notices are always timely, and my pkgs have all been delivered with no delays or problems when I go to pick them up. My 4BR roomies over more than 2 yrs have been uniformly good guys, clean; quiet; and returning my consideration of others' privacy, quiet, and kitchen cleanup after use, in kind. Doggydoo is picked up by maint. staff about 3x/week, nearly every other day, which I find to be more than attentive on the part of mgmt, esp when it would not be needed at all were even most tenants diligent in cleaning up after their own dogs. Outside noise has not been too loud or too late but for once each year when loud volleyball or basketball went from about 9PM to past 1AM each time. Adjoining units are almost never noisy, perhaps 8-10 times/year, less than one day or night/month, and never for more than an hour or so. All other tenants I've encountered have been remarkably nice folks despite me being over-60, disabled, and overweight, (just another fat old bald guy lol), and they all being college age if not actual students. Office staff are uniformly attentive to my concerns or questions and always very courteous in doing so. In particular, Leasing Mgr Cari, who appears to double-load as Front Office Ops Mgr, has done a wonderful job improving mgmt relations and good impressions among tenants; as well as substantially improving rate of new tenants of quality character and deportment! Among current office and maint. staff who stand out among staff of standouts are Natalie, Justin, Alondra, Ian, and Astri. Tho all CSM staff office and maint are always on their toes, these and others are so nice, so attentive, and so professional overall that it is always a distinct pleasure whenever I must see someone in the office for small concerns that occasionally come up. Jack Garnett, title unknown, (sorry, sir!), has more than once amply demonstrated his commitment to bend over backwards to satisfy tenants requests/problems/demands, and to do so with just plain good folks courtesy. Julian still running the tightest most responsive courteous skilled maint team anywhere! Overall, this old man is quite satisfied with most recent CRSM mgmt and staff in every way, esp with Site Mgr. Chandra leading her team with exceptional skill and professionalism thus far entirely lacking over my 5+ yrs here; addressing many problems and issues leftover from prior mgmt with all due diligence and deliberate speed, imho.
