-The living room and dining room have great natural lighting and come fully furnished with a 42" Smart TV. -There's also a newly renovated backyard with all weather turf, workout area, and patio table and chairs.
-Laundry: a washer/dryer (no coins needed to operate).
-500Mb Wifi!

Due to the shared nature of the common spaces, hallways, bathrooms, living room, kitchen etc:
No smoking, No pets.

THE LOCATION:
Perfectly situated in the middle of all things San Francisco - 1 block from Haight, 3 blocks from Asbury. 2-minute walk to Buena Vista and Panhandle Parks, and 6 blocks to Golden Gate Park (10-minute walk), 2 -5 blocks from Super Markets (Gus' and Whole Foods). With all the shops, restaurants and bars that Haight/NOPA is known for, plus walking distance to USF, St Mary's Hospital, Kentfield Hospital, CPMC, Kaiser SF, UCSF MC, Alamo Sq Park/Painted Ladies, and a 10 minute walk to the N Judah (Muni to FiDi/SOMA). YOU: have no prior evictions. Have a 685 credit score or higher, or cosigned lease.

TRANSPORTATION:
We are 1 block from the 43, the 6, the 7, and the 37. It's a 10 minute walk to the N Judah. Takes about 20-25 minutes to get to the FiDi/Downtown area, takes 15-20 minutes to walk to UCSF.

PARKING: Street parking available at additional cost ($160/yr). You must register your car with DMV.

THE COST: Prorated first month's rent, plus 1.5 month security deposit. Utilities are shared and run between $60 and $100 depending on the season.

THE LEASE: One year lease.

MOVE-IN: The rooms are available for move-in, after the application process.

THE PROCESS: My name is Ken, I own the building. Jessica is my onsite property manager. She has been living in the building for 5 years and also helps show the available rooms, screen prospects, and keeps the building in tip top shape.
