They dont enforce the pool rules of no music or closing it after 10PM. EDIT: Apparently theres no rule for no music, but the sign says to keep it to a minimum. No one follows this or is reprimanded for it.
The 24hr security # that they have is unresponsive. People will steal your packages all the time, even if you have a Ring camera. Management doesnt seem to care about fixing this problem. The valet company they hire will use any excuse to not pick up your trash. The gym is average, but nothing special. Pet rent/deposit is super cheap here so theres tons of pet owners with loud, barking dogs at all hours of the day. They dont clean up after their dogs either and maintenance doesnt seem to do it on a regular basis either. Parking after 9PM forces paying residents to park in Visitor unless u pay $50+/month for reserved parking. Being right next to the highway makes for a noisy apartment complex; although you could probably justify it since youre in a prime location right next to the Rim/LC. Local HEB is only 5 mins away but the De Zavala location is sketchy, always busy, and doesnt have a drive-thru pharmacy. Although Landmarks prices are fair for cost of living, Id recommend paying more elsewhere for a more quality experience.
