We've been living here almost a year, and are very happy with this place. Our unit (granted, one of the larger units) is extremely spacious, and looks and feels so modern compared to most similarly-priced apartments in the area. In fact, I think this is one of the most affordable places to find housing on the south shore, when you consider the quality of the units you are renting.
Building maintenance is quick to respond and does an effective job. Building management listens to concerns and tries to improve. Noise from up above/outside in the halls can be loud, but when you live in an apartment, you have to expect some noise from your neighbors.
There are a lot of old windows in this building, and thus it can be drafty during the chilly parts of the year...I feel like this is a common complaint here, but I've been told they are looking to replace many of the windows this year.
Indoor pool and free access to exercise equipment is nice.
This place is a five minute walk from the beautiful town park, as well as some of the best storefronts/bars/restaurants Whitman has to offer. We're right off Whitman center here and there are quite the handful of happening spots. This place will really be popping in 5-10 years, in my opinion.
Overall, hubs and I love living here and honestly, I think we would buy our unit if we could.

Great quiet community here. You will get the occasional kids running up and down the halls and stairs but kids are kids. Everyone is friendly here and the property is kept clean. Maintenance comes and fixes whatever in a timely manner even though there is what seems to be well over 100 units to cover. Gym, pool, and community room are kept pretty clean. There is an army of cleaners every Monday and Thursday so there is upkeep.
