Deposit of $500 for all leases of which $100 is non refundable to cover application process and quarterly maintenance visits.
There is no unfurnished option. One indoor cat is acceptable provided it will not scratch the furniture; with $50 additional monthly pet rent and $200 additional nonrefundable deposit.
