The lease options are:

Month to month lease with a 3 month minimum stay: $895 per month for a single person with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $500.
Weekly lease: $245.00 per week, 4 week minimum stay with the first 4 weeks paid up front, a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the $400 deposit.
All leases and payments are made through Innago- there is a $2 fee per transaction.
