There is a riser room directly next to my bedroom that consistently blares a loud beeping noise. It makes it very difficult for me to sleep at night and work from home during the day. This has happened literally dozens of times since I moved in, and no matter how many times I have complained, it never gets fixed permanently. They will send someone to turn off the noise temporarily but inevitably it always comes back. Absolutely awful!

I have lived in this complex for almost a full year. I have an attached garage which is a huge plus. The maintenance people are wonderful, I have only had a few minor issues and everything was immediately addressed. Never ever an issue with the management team. The apartment is conveniently located to everything. After hearing that other complexes are raising rents $300-500 per month, I am happy to say that Bentley Place is being very fair and reasonable.

We recently applied at Bentley Place to move in. With our application they have there own things to run to make sure that we qualify. We understood that. As the process was going through our leasing agent Samantha was great. We provided all the needed documentation to the property. After getting a call from Lori the manager regarding the application. Lori proceeds to ask questions about our social securitys how there system had come back saying that it was issued years after the birth date. Then proceeds to explain that our income which is way over there qualifications was a concern since they received two separate employment verifications. When speaking with the manager I asked so are you calling to deny us or what? Lori proceeds to say no i was calling to get more clarification. I then proceeded to ask do we need to provide more documentation or resend information so that everything was correct. Lori proceeds to tell me no why would we re do all of that information. So basically Lori the manager of the property did not want to do her job in completing the application. Lori the manager kept saying that there was to many red flags. Given that we have no criminal record, meet all requirements and we provided everything needed as of paystubs, emails back and fourth from work emails and a letter from the VP of the company it was a red flag this property is not following fair housing. A fair housing complaint has been filed on this property for the wrongful denial. We expect to be filing a lawsuit against this management company for a refund for ever penny that we paid as well other damages. Avoid this property as of last December I was an assistant manager and this is completely out of line what this property did to me and my family. An apology was given from the manager but then a rude comment from her was given via email. Be more professional when speaking to people. Go look at other properties BSR Reit they have beautiful properties that each person that works there takes pride in the property. Honestly a pathetic management company. Property is trashy, looks like there staff doesnt care about how the property looks. Rent is not worth it for the quality of the apartment and the service you are getting.
