I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is a joke, we moved in March 2014 and our heaters were blazing, they gave us some BS excuse about they will eventually shut off being that the knobs were broken in our unit. We had to constantly get on them about fixing it. Next we had clogged sinks, all they would do is come with a toilet plunger and plunge it until they got sick of our calls and finally snaked the drains. Next, our ceilings started to leak in our bedroom to the point where we could not sleep. What was there solution? Buckets, they gave us buckets. They told us they have to wait for the roofs to dry in order to fix it, this is Pittsburgh and March, were we supposed to wait until July??? After this leak, the living room began to leak, they gave us another bucket with the same excuse. We called every day to Stephanie and Scott over at Prudential once the leasing manager Chi told us he couldnt do anything else, not once did they return a call. Finally the leak in my bedroom closet began, ruining clothes with tags still on. At this point our daughter is 9 months old and a speedy little crawler, we have to stop her from enjoying herself in her living room because of a bucket. Finally I sent an email threatening a complaint with the Health Dept. The complaint was filed and the maitenance people came to "fix" our roof, AKA put plaster and paint on it and hope we will shut up. Now there is paint and plaster all over my dresser in my bedroom as well as the living room, why wouldnt they cover our personal property up before attempting this? Now we are told they will not be renewing our month to month lease, as if we were planning on staying anyways. That is there solution, get ppl out so they will shut up. SLUM LORDS.
