I would absolutely recommend it here. The front office and their manager Natalie have been nothing but accommodating and understanding. Maintenance crew is very good to get things done in a timely manner. They have landscaping crews there all the time to keep it looking nice. I've had nothing but a great experience living here.

I have lived here for 2 years and cannot wait to get out of here. The manager is rude ..... does hardly anything with any complaints that you have. The guy that parked next to me ding to my brand new car from the right side passenger door all the way to my back fender nothing done. Nothing done about the upstairs neighbor stomping all hours of the night playing her TV so loud I can't sleep nothing done. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy I can't wait to get out of here.

Where does one start when they have been through such a negative experience as well as harassment! Now coninuously!!!! Yes, where I reside the walls are so thin it is like living with people you do not see. I have the downstairs neighbors from hell. Hate mongers! When my other neighbors are not home they pound on the walls below me and bang over and over on their kitchen cupboards. The lady took a stick and beat on my floors whie I was layng on my sofa in almost silence. Other neighbors have heard them fighting as I! Management called me a liar but then she also called the man nextstore to me a liar. My car was vandelized the night I moved in. I am a mature, educated person who wishes all the best for all and I am not prejudice only to people who are liars and nasty with a hot temper.
The manager is rude, nasty and disrespectful and calls people names and then to top it all off is untruthful. She plays games and mosty to keep the apartments full at the cost of another humans car, possibly life and or at the least health. You tell her what is up you are ignored and or verbally attacked. Oh did I mention all after she forces you to call the police on your neighbors? Not a joke! This is probably one of the most unprofessional humans I have ever encounter in a managers position. This is sad because I thought I had the right place to live long term. I think the casita's and real town homes are better but the building I live in is terrible. The kitchen has NEVER been updated and I had Black mold all in my toliet and water tank. RATS ON MY BALCONY! I got up one morning and my front door was totally unlocked. It is worse and I do not think people put lies on these reviews as who has time. Lastly I do have some nice neighbors not friendly at first but ok now! Every dog has their day and what goes around comes around. Becareful of renting here! SERIOUSLY! Management Company MEB does nothing!
