Location is less than a 10 minute bike ride to Jay Blanchard Park, inlet to Little Econ Greenway Trail, grocery and other shopping, public library, and nightlife. 1 mile from the University of Central Florida campus with access to Free Shuttle service to campus.

Includes a big, beautiful shared permaculture focused backyard with gardening opportunities and many edible plants such as yucca, longevity spinach, banana trees, papaya, cranberry hibiscus, jaboticaba, surinam spinach, katuk, and more.

Optional Home Caretaking: Responsibilities include but are not limited to starting our vehicle once/month, managing mail, light yard work house maintenance, and coordinating repairs and maintenance as necessary.
