The maintenance guys are always very friendly, and the office staff always responds quickly if you need them. Great place to live!

I have lived here for only a year but because I've enjoyed it at Whispering Ridge so much, I decided to renew my lease for a second year. I like how the complex is smaller and tucked off away from major streets. I have a larger dog that I walk a lot so that was a plus. They are extremely pet friendly, even including a dog park that I use a lot during the winter. Whispering Ridge also just feels homey to me and almost all of my neighbors are nice and inviting. The maintenance team is also stellar. My dog is a little nervous of strangers but ALL three maintenance members carry around treats to give to the dogs they see. They have even driven across the entire complex if they've seen people out with dogs just to give them treats. My dog was given a toy this morning as it was just something they had found doing the lawn. The property manager Libby, even says hello by name every time I see her which I think makes you feel like you live in a community, not just an apartment complex. Really love this place and happy I was able to renew my lease!

I have lived at Whispering Ridge since 2018 and I'm happy to call it my home. My 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment is spacious, and my hall closet is practically the size of a small storage unit! I love that when I step out onto my patio I look onto a farmer's field with the most amazing sunsets. The complex is very pet friendly and has a great bark park for your furry babies. It's a great way to meet your neighbors and allow your pups to socialize with one another. I love that the campus is smoke free, it's such a refreshing environment. The campus has such an amazing maintenance crew, they are extremely friendly and always ready to interact if they run into you on campus. Troy is wonderful, he truly cares about every tenant and goes above and beyond with every ticket. The office staff are terrific, Libby and JC will help you with anything you need. The clubhouse is gorgeous and available to rent for events. We also love spending time by the pool in the summer, and they bought all new pool furniture last year that gave the deck a real pop of color. I definitely will be staying for a few more years until we buy a house, I love it here!
