I am a current resident at this complex and the new manager Tawny I believe is her name is the most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful staff member at this complex. Brianna and Emili are incredibly helpful and they have always addressed issues in a prompt, respectful, and professional manner. However, the unprofessionalism you will encounter with Tawny as the interim manager at this location will destroy the reputability of this company and complex. She is incredibly confrontational and unwilling to help when there are simple questions or concerns. Unfortunately, when you try to discuss this with upper management due to her current "power" status nobody will return your calls or even answer them for that matter. The only way to get any type of response is to make a public post. Future renters beware of this apartment complex because while Tawny is interim manager and working at this complex you will be met with hostility. Further, when there are simple maintenance issues they generally will not be addressed and do not expect any type of plowing or shoveling to be done in the winter time. You will be advised to put your heater on emergency heat and to purchase your own shovel and ice melt. This is not addressed or taken care of while under Tawny's management.

I used to rate this community a 5 (2015). I signed my third lease in May 2018 due to not being ready to purchase a home and a strong dislike for moving. I chose a lease renewal perk of getting my carpets cleaned. Afterwards I had to call maintenance to repair the wall that the carpet cleaning crew damaged. I've had to make quite a few maintenance calls and they regularly leave the maintanance lock on my door and my door remains unlocked for anyone to enter. I dont ever know this has happened until I get home from work and my key won't work on my door and I turn the knob and it's open. Also, I've had three AC issues since May and a mold concern in the utility closet from AC issues. I also have observed broken bottles of liquor, fights in the parking lots, and parties at the pool even when people have brought their kids there. The staff is kind but not assertive in implementing the rules and regulations that once made this the best place to live in Omaha. The pool has been closed multiple times due to residents/visitors not following the rules and forcing the office to close the amenity. Rent continues to increase while service and value decrease.
