Management is terrible. They never want to fix anything, and if they do they will insinuate it is your fault even though all the appliances are at least 20 years old and the plumbing is on par with a 3rd world country.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! After my first day here, maintenance (John) harassed me. I had multiple issues with maintenance: AC broke down 4 times, giant hole in the ceiling, water leaking from the bathroom, and BED BUGS! This apartment complex is infested with bedbugs. In terms of the staff, I have akready mentioned John the maintenance man harasses residents on a daily basis....but the rest of the maintenance staff is horrible. For example, they ask to use your personal furniture as a foot stool or your personal tools instead of bringing their own. Office workers Austin and Stephanie take calls for their manager as he refuses to respond to calls regarding maintenance or billing issues. What is worse, the apartment manager (Scott Lovercheck) treats his tenants poorly. He does not require his staff to be responsive, and is rude when tenants have even the simplest complaint or concern. Stay away from this complex! You will be treated poorly and have an awful living experience! As general complaints....there were multiple fires within the complex, the gym equipment is stolen on a regular basis, and the key pad that grants entry to your building is generally broke and is the same code for all other buildings (security hazard). Also, multiple car break ins. Stay away!

I seldom write bad reviews but this is something I have to. Although it takes them years to fix a screendoor i have been living here for well over 5 years now. The sole reason being my commute distant to where I work. You really are paying more than what you get! The hallway to the laundry room in my building always smells like something is dead! The laundry facility is there but the people who reside here probably can't use it "properly". Management on the other hand will not bother cleaning the room. When you go to the leasing office you feel like you've done something wrong and you are paying a "fine" and not "rent". Management acts like they are losing money talking to tenants. What ticked me off today was the simple fact that they handed me a bill with completely false total of what i should pay. And when i finally go to the office first thing of the week after the long weekend, they tell me its late and have to pay a fee. The only reason i did not drop a check was because i wanted to discuss what my total was before dropping the rent since i am already paying the month to month fee. I am not recommending any of my friends or family to stay here if they ever need an apartment!! If the rent is this much for a 1 bedroom apartment; might as well go and live in luxury apartments nearby. Overpriced, OLD buildings, weird neighbors, My old car was broken into, i could go on and on and on..i would ignore all these if they people at the office were a little nicer but NO...

I received great service from Stephanie Torres; She gave me a tour of a couple apartments and also explained with detail how it all works, she was really polite and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend these apts.

These apartments have met all the requirements I had when I moved into them and still do after living here for a little more than a year. Being so close to L street makes it easy to get anywhere in Omaha in a fast manner. The staff have always been supportive, especially Rebekah, whenever I had a few issues to bring up and were quick to resolve those.

I have nothing to complain about, when I moved in they fixed everything that needed to be gave me a fan in my bedroom and other necessities. Every time there was a problem they were here the next day to fix it! Definitely recommend for any college students looking for an apartment! The 2 months free rent was nice to it made my monthly rent about $100 cheaper! I feel so safe here with the secured front doors!

I have lived at Harrisburg for 2 years, I liked the relationship that I had with the previous managers, as they were both very brief but I can say that they were both professional. As I have gotten to know this new manager, which has also been brief, there is a very different dynamic, its more personalized, she knows everyone by your first name and she remembers the last conversation we had. Standing in the office and talking to her for about 15 minutes and I have chills. She is always on point with her appearance too, first impression speaks volume.

Great place and great value. The grounds crew and maintenance have done a fabulous job on my new apartment. I couldn't believe how quickly the staff went in and flipped my apartment in just 2 days so that it was move in ready for me when I needed it. I lived here years ago when I was growing up and yes with any company, I have seen the staff come and go but I have to say, I have had nothing but GREAT experiences with my new place called home.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! Very bad experience with this apartment complex. The office employees including managers were very helpful getting you in to an apartment but then ignore any other needs you have. Ive had unresolved maintenance issues for months and they are finally letting me out on my lease because quote "They don't have time to deal with me calling about my maintenance issues". I still have to wait out a few more months but will be happy to never see this place again. Avoid at all cost!!!

This use to be a nice place to live, but over the last 2 years it has really gone down hill. With rude and incompitant on site management. My usual wait time on work order is 3-4 months. Even emergency maintenance calls take at least 48 hours. Such as my ELECTRICAL furnace leaking water! After 5 years of complaining of issues with the water in my shower, I finally got it fixed only because i had it done myself. Even when calling the corporate office I have had minimal results or help. The current management has ran off most of the good employees and maintenance crew that used to work here. The community they've allowed here over the past few years has made this place unsafe, especially for children. I have live here for 7 years and for the most used to be very happy, but this is far from the same place now then when we moved in. Great place if you're willing to do you own maintenance and if you don't mind living with criminals and drug dealers. They have raised my rent every time we've resigned our lease, no customer loyalty appreciation. This will be our final lease as we did have optimistic hope with new management but they've have failed at every opportunity to make this a nice community. Oh and the good reviews you see on here are mostly from management, not actual customers. Lol, I kid you not.
