I've lived here for 2 years and I've never had any problems. It's a quiet place to live, I've always felt safe here. The maintenance people are quick to respond and the office staff are friendly and understanding. I'm happy to call this place home!

I regrettably will have to give this place a 1. We have been here 2 months and it's been 1 issue after another. My family and I have 3 apartments here because they where very friendly the first time we where looking to rent here. However, once we moved it was HELL. From day 1 we where trying to move in and communicate to the office before they closed for the weekend (Because they keep better hours than bankers do. The office only works M-F 9 to 5 and on the weekends it's a joke that the maintenance people answer the phone because according to them the office manager will not let them do anything until she sign off on it on Monday). We have found out the name of the owner and will be in contact with him since we seem not to be getting anywhere with the rudes office people I have ever dealt with.

Anyone that has given this place more than 1 star was paid off or put up to it by the shaddiest rental property management team. If there was anything less than 1 star this is the place that deserves it. The "Manager" and Assistant have no clue of what they are doing. We have never lived in such a poorly managed apartment complex. Their idea of maintenance is a poor joke and the way they point their fingers to one another behind their backs is redicoulos, noone is taking responsibility. All of these apartments are ran down. They always have some excuse as to why they are not fixing things. Water leaks, AC units not working, Mold, Electrical issues, Water heaters not working, Appliances not working, Water coming into the apartments when it rains and Hazardous maintenance conditions. They only take care of "friends" issues. We're contacting the owner it was easy to get the info...public records. If need be we will get the health department and the news involved. Either learn how to do your job to our (the people paying you monthly your money always on time) satisfaction or we will get attorneys involved. We have documentation, pictures, videos and records to prove all that has been said here from many renters. We are not asking for anything that is legally due to us since we always pay our rent on time and keep up our end of the lease.

Honestly, the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff is rude. They took over a month to fix simple things. There is a hole in the window sill.. all they did was just put a piece of wood over the hole. I have contacted the owner of the complex and reported them.

Horrible maintence they never keep up with nothing there is never no parking spaces you have to park really far from your apartment they closed down the second pool the white lady in the office has terrible customer service and thinks she owns the place she is the rudest and Claudia just follows behind her. They never try to reason with you. I wish the real owners can see what is going on here. Maintence is always getting high during the job they dont care that doesnt matter but it does when they do that rather than fixing whats wrong in my apartment. This place needs new managers and maintence or it will go down the drain. Everyone pays a fair good amount of money here my friend was pregnant they took about 1month to give her a new stove because hers wasnt working and shes been without a room door for months because the cant even put a door in a room.
