Our family moved into Soundview Landing this year and we absolutely love it. The building is brand new and beautiful. The building staff and leasing office staff have all been wonderful to work with. They have been super responsive whenever we have questions or requests, and we deeply appreciate the care and professionalism they bring to the gig. We think at one point one of our requests went up the chain to the supervising property management group, who appear to also be very responsive and interested in making sure the tenants are happy in their living situation. It's a good situation!
The apartment is modern with beautiful dark wood floors, great light, is very spacious, and has nice fixtures and appliances -- we appreciate the attention to detail that went into making this place feel comfortable and luxurious. We've been able to take more advantage of the amenities recently after getting vaccinated (shoutout to CT for opening COVID vaccinations to all adults over 16 as of a month ago!), especially the gym which is extremely nice -- lots of equipment and machines, and excellent upkeep all around. The gym has great light and good ventilation. We love the neighborhood. It is extremely walkable, and we are so close to great restaurants, beautiful parks, the water, the aquarium, playgrounds, etc! Norwalk is well positioned with respect to other surrounding towns. We would recommend this as a great place to live to our closest friends and family in a heartbeat. Please consider becoming our neighbors!

We moved into Soundview Landing about 2 years ago and have been pleased with the building and the location. The construction is new and the staff is helpful. We had issues with the central heating and we got a new one. The apartment itself has clean finishes, modern appliances. The building is close the post office, city parks, restaurants, grocery stores, SoNo Collection mall, Metro-North train station, aquarium.

I moved into Soundview Landing about 6 months ago and have been pleased with the building and this location. The construction is new, the staff helpful and neighbors I've met are pleasant. The apartment itself has clean finishes, modern appliances and lots of natural light. The building is a ten minute walk to the post office, three city parks, restaurants, C-Town grocery store, SoNo Collection mall, Metro-North train station (1 hour to NYC!), movie theater and aquarium.
