I lived at Landry during my senior year at OU. Shiloa and Steve were excellent managers, and the maintenance team was always responsive. There are student living apartments in Norman that have flashy specials and glamorous designs, but I'm glad I made the switch from student living to Landry because of how personable the staff was. If you can go without having the newest amenities elsewhere, then you will be happy to live here with reliable staff, good appliances, and reasonable rent!

I lived at Landry for about 6 years. Shiloa, Steve, Dean, Josh (and anyones name I forgot) are all great. Everyone was helpful when issues came up and they were resolved in a timely manner. They do fun themed events for the residents and made a cute little dog park on the east end. Ive lived in a few apartments over the years and this was on the list of good experiences. Thanks yall!

The staff at Landry really care that you enjoy living there. Maintenance is quick and easy to arrange. The management is very responsive in answering any questions. The apartments are a good size and a good price. They also have community events so that tenants can get to know each other, which I thought was great.
I would have renewed had I not moved cities.
There are lots of apartment complexes in Norman that prey on college kids who don't know any better. This is not one of them....

This is not one of them.
The location is great, the rent is fairly priced, the pet policy is sensible, the maintenance team is responsive, and management has gone above and beyond to make sure our living situation is as good as it can be.
Whether you're moving out of the dorms or you simply want a complex that treats their tenants like real human beings, live at Landry. I promise you won't regret it.
