My two former roommates are both nice young professionals who keep the apartment very clean. It is right in the heart of Tribeca, close to Whole Foods, Target, and tons of great cafes and diners. It is also very close to the 1/2/3 subway line, and within close walking distance to the A/C/E, and R/W subway lines as well.
