Had mold issue in bathroom and was told I needed to wipe down walls and ceiling after each and every shower. Maintanence and management not always on the same page about property issues. Had a few other issues and I was not completely happy with the solutions or thereof.

The realtor we used was very responsive and attentive to our needs for living accommodations.
He followed up with me a few weeks after acquiring about rental units and made an appointment to visit the property. He was very upfront and friendly. He did ask for my honest opinion and so here it goes.
I told him the only thing I really like was the long balcony. It was huge and covered the whole length of the apartment. They should have made if smaller to increase apartment size.
Downfall, livingroom was an average size, kitchen small and outdated throughout the place. Bathroom tiny as well and closets in both rooms. I guess being from the West Coast our walk in closets are the size of their big room.
The hallways are dirty and the washer and dryer room with storage for each unit free could probably fit a 6 foot Christmas tree and a few tubs. 1 washer and dryer. Good for College students.
