Been with this complex over 10years. Paid every rent bill on time and in full. Moved in with old carpet which to this day they never updated. When asked they tell us we have to move apartments or put all our belongings outside (and if it rains oh well not their problem). Recently, our AC units compressor stopped working and we reported it may 30th. We were told its not considered an emergency even though the holiday weekend was in the 90s and one resident is 9 months pregnant. They say they need to install a new AC but the service provider is 2 weeks behind. When we call to ask two weeks later they tell us itll be another two weeks. So its taken a month to get us an AC? No cross through breeze because of apartment layout and design, with only one fan in living room. On top of that the pool is normally open until 10pm 7 days a week but now its only open if the office is and closes by 5pm Monday-Friday only. No options for relief from summer heat. And what is crazier is we paid rent in full. A discount should be applied because of new expenses like hotels, extra fans, more shower use, and other self paid relief caused by this complex. Not good living conditions, service, and maintenance is the most poor department of any apartment complex I have ever lived in. Do not recommend moving here. Itd disappointing that after more than 10 years as a loyal tenant they are making it very easy for us to start looking for other places.

Hampton Apartments & Town homes, 1318 Frank Dr, Monroe, MI 48162 is by far one of the worst places anyone can live in. my wife and i lived there for 1 year honoring our lease that we signed.I do not drink or do drugs and pretty much keep to myself as my wife does as well.for the first two months it was fine then the neighbor across the way wife must have not liked Mexicans and from that day forward i was harassed by her her husband and what i call the old folks with nothing better to do than judge people.they call it neighborhood watch what a joke and also the bugs kept coming none stop renters be aware the show room looks nothing like what you will get i am an amputee and they gave me an apartment with a broken porch and the owners daughter said i was lucky to get it fixed are you kidding this is your run down junk lady fix it or get sued as her dad SAM also lied through his teeth saying the customer is always right. he is not !! as well as his daughter !! to be trusted. leave now go find somewhere else to go you are better off. the more the word gets out the more people will see how they are. the only ones moving in are those who do not read the reviews about this dump. funny maybe that's why people keep moving out 1 star from me and if i could pick a word about this place it would be hazard judgmental lies people with no life.i will edit this again later to post the addresses of the people not to trust it;s long be forewarned oh if you move in let them know and the people know, you brought your guns this guy thought he was the only one with guns because his fat wife dad makes guns so what skank. i am in tight with head neighborhood watch is what her husband said. hahahaha a joke.just like the guy who is on his death bed that calls himself top neighborhood watch the whole family are loser's. man i am so happy i do not live there anymore and now have a place with 10 times the room i had there and the rent is cheaper by 200 hundred dollars.
