Save yourself the time and money and DON'T rent here.
Upon moving into my apartment here, I was immediately regretful of signing this lease. Here's a list of just SOME of the things I encountered here and my opinion of them:
The washing machine was filled with mold when we moved in, something the management said they'd replace (they never did).
The dishwasher was filled with hair when we moved it.
The front door's batteries for the fab ran out and we could hardly open our door and get into our apartment. This took maintenance a whole week to fix.
The wifi..... don't get me started on this. The wifi was so bad, there might as well not have been any at all. Consistently the speed of our internet was running around 200kb per second (if you're not familiar with internet speeds, that nothing compared to what you're probably used to). The band width they have is not nearly enough for students. Some nights I wasn't even able to load Google. I confronted the management countless times about this issue and they just kept saying they'd look into fixing it. They eventually apologized for this, but nothing was ever done.
I emailed the man at the front desk on March 6th.... He still has not gotten back to me (it's July 5th).
The walls are paper thin, expect to hear any footsteps above, people's music, and nearby lovers.
The furniture and facilities are cheaply made, expect things to break.
The place was far from clean when we moved in (hair everywhere, dusty, stains on the counters and in cabinets).
The whole place smelled of weed (that was more from neighbors obviously).
Every weekend, the halls and grounds were absolutely trashed by other residents (broken lights, beer bottles everywhere, someone actually hung their bra on our front door).
I understand some of this was out of management's control, but other things were unacceptable. Hopefully you either stay far away, or have a better experience than my roommates and I did.
