Although these apartments may seem appealing, there is alot of problems with the staff. the maintenance workers are very nice people, but the root of the problem is the office staff. They are very rude, and immediately after you state that you are having problems, they respond with hostility. I have been a tenant here for almost a year and cannot wait until my lease is over. the ladies at the office will be the ruin of these apartments as they lack the basic hospitality needed to assist their tenants. i am not in housing nor any other state funded program, and i have been punctual in every single rent payment. yet, these women act as if i am a nuisance to them when i am asking for maintenance of my A/C which has not worked in weeks. Do not live here unless you want to have a similar experience as the one i have had.

I've been here 2 months and I love it. My family and I have since day one been treated very kindly by all the staff here. Yes, these apartments are old and issues are expected but I care more about how it's handled. Every apartment complex anywhere you go to whether old or new will have issues. I care about how it's handled and how we're treated and they do that well. They do their best to fix things on time and recently went the extra mile for it. My heater hasn't been working well. Maintance came several times to try to fix it. Turns out a part needs to be ordered which will take a while. Well, management got us one of those room heaters which I was not at all expecting. As if that wasn't touching enough, they knew there would be a cold front today so they tried finding me at home several times Wednesday. I left my apartment around 3pm and got back at 10:30ish pm. A little before 11pm I heard several knocks on the door. I took a while to get to the door wondering whether to answer or not since it was late and I had no idea who it was. I finally opened it and it was 2 woman with a heater for me. They had been trying to find me at home to give it to me. They could have just brought it the next day since the cold front was not til today but they didn't. It was very loving of them to take time out of their day to make sure I had it. Thank you La Herencia(: Oh and they have a really great pool and park that my kids love! Their pool isn't dependant on the season, it's open based on the weather which is great cause there isn't much winter in this area of Texas!

Worst experience someone is trying to go into the apartments called management said they don't know anything about it..called for them for big spiders and cockroaches and they said its the weather will come to fumigate waited one week nothing..there is mold in the restroom attic exposed in the closet and threw away clothes because of bugs coming from attic..thank god I'm out of there
