Melanie and Sue are the two office managers that are over The Alamadura Apts. They are off site and make nothing but excuses for problems in the building and if they don't like you have no problem telling you to move out. The building has a high turn over and less then 5 long term tenants at best...one of whom just moved out because he was tired of the excuses and lies regarding building safety, maintenance and repairs in his apartment and around the building in general. Sad when incompetent apathetic people are in power and let what was once a wonderful old building fall into shambles and become an unsafe place to live. Miss the previous manager Wendy. She was awesome and did her job with sincerity and had amazing people skills and kept the place in great working order.

I have lived here for a year, and love it. Management is great to work with, its quiet, and well kept. It is an older building so there are some things to get used to, i.e. waiting for hot water (I live on one of the upper floors), the elevator takes a while. Overall, a very nice place to live!
