We have been a resident at the Gateway at Malden Center apartment complex for almost four years now. And we are indeed happy with our stay here. As a place of residence, it has all the internal and external conveniences. It has wonderful/friendly management staff and equally good/friendly maintenance staff. They all work hard to keep things in smooth working order. The apartment complex is secure (with punch/fob access) and is well-maintained. It has security/CCTV cameras at strategic points and common areas. Residents can submit various maintenance requests online through the apartment web portal (accessible through a smartphone or computer) and the requests get attended to by a maintenance person within a day or two. Urgent/emergency service requests get immediately routed to a service personnel or someone on duty and gets looked into within a reasonable time period based on the urgency. Almost all administrative work including paying rent can be done online so there is hardly any need for a resident to be physically present at the leasing/ management office. It has an indoor swimming pool and a gym. Packages are delivered to a secure package room with controlled access, and USP mail to individual mailboxes located at the lobby. Usually a notification is sent to the resident if a package is delivered to the package room by a carrier. The complex is very conveniently located too. The MBTA T-station is just across the street about a two-minute walk from the complex. It is roughly a 10-minute walk to the Stop and Shop grocery store with another two minutes or so from there to Walgreens pharmacy, and similar walking distances to many local banks, ATM machines, a large variety of restaurants and dining/eating places, shopping places, etc. The Malden City Hall/office is about a two minute walk. The USPS post office too is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment complex in a different direction. It is a pet friendly apartment. Residents are generally friendly and quiet. The neighborhood too is great. In the overall, it is a great place to stay if you desire such an environment/ conveniences.

I love living at this complex. It's a quiet, well-maintained facility right off the Orange Line, which is absolutely perfect for me as a young professional looking for a foothold in Boston. It's perfectly located within walking distance of the local supermarkets, and I'm proud to live here. (Shoutout to Sam in the leasing office; he's always more than happy to help with anything we need and was a big part of why we ended up here.)

The Gateway Malden Center has been a good place to live The apartment is large and beautifully designed. Its amenities are very good, very comfortable. Also, the apartment has a lot of closet, which is so useful. It is close to the T station (literally across de street) and the people who work here are so kind and quick to resolve our issues. I recommend to live here.
