Our son lived here his sophomore year. The building is clean and well kept. The apartments are big and in pretty good shape - all students and almost like a dorm without the restrictions. Great location! Only complaint was that the shower plumbing got a little clogged.

The units themselves aren't what I would consider luxurious like some of the new apartments in town, but it's nice and damnit you're in college, it does the job lol.
